The Home Depot

In the Summer of 2022, I built a brand-new microservice to handle check payments across all stores. My service replaced an outdated service with one that was more robust, more secure, easier to maintain, and easier to detect and solve problems. My service is responsible for $2 million/day in transactions.

Applied Research Laboratories

In the Summer of 2021, I used computer vision to classify whale calls and studied computer vision's vulnerability to malicious manipulation, attacking my models and rebuilding them to be less vulnerable to attacks.

My poster and final presentation placed 2nd out of the 16 interns for its clarity and relevance.

Hierarchical Protein Representations via Complete 3D Graph Networks (ICLR 2023 poster)

My team built graph networks to learn protein representations at 3 different levels of granularity: amino acid, backbone, and all-atom levels. I added regularization tricks to improve performance by 12.38%.

This deep learning model was used to classify proteins, predict the type of reactions a protein acts as a catalyst for, and predict a protein's interaction with other molecules.
